Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
• Returns must follow our authorized process (see below). Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
Return Process
1 Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing info@meandyoudiamond.com with your order details.
2 Authorization: If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3 Ship Back: Use the provided label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours at info@meandyoudiamond.com if there are defects, damages, or discrepancies. We will resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement, refund, or return label issuance.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Funds will be credited to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the transaction.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:
1 Return the original purchase using the above process.
2 Place a new order once your return is approved.
Important Notes
• Me & You Diamond reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria. Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer at their expense. • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
